Meet Amirah

Hi! I’m Amirah, the founder of AMICI, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to our community. I was born in the UK but spent much of my childhood in Dubai, surrounded by diverse cultures. After moving back to the UK for university, I earned my master’s degree in aerospace engineering and then ventured into the tech industry.

Through all my relocations, I began to feel disconnected and realised how vital community is to personal growth and fulfilment. This inspired me to create AMICI—a place where people from all backgrounds can come together, share adventures, and build lasting friendships.

AMICI is more than just travel; it’s about fostering connections. We host group trips to incredible destinations and local events that inspire creativity and community. I also launched Creator Connect, a space for content creators passionate about food, travel, and lifestyle to collaborate, share, and grow together.
