The itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Muscat
Arrive at Muscat airport, meet your tour guide, and transfer to your hotel in Muscat. Spend the evening at leisure, relaxing after your journey.
Day 2: Muscat Highlights Tour
After breakfast, visit the Sultan Qaboos Mosque – the largest in Oman. Explore the opera house, local markets, and enjoy a delicious lunch. In the evening, relax with a sunset yacht cruise along the coast before returning to your hotel.
Day 3: Muscat Cultural Tour
Discover Mutrah Castle, Al-Alam Palace, and the National Museum. After lunch, visit the renowned Amouage perfume factory to see how luxury scents are made. End the day with shopping at Oman Mall before returning to your hotel for the night.
Day 4: Nizwa and Wahiba Desert Adventure
Travel to the historic city of Nizwa to explore its fort and markets. After lunch, drive through stunning desert landscapes to Wahiba Desert, where you’ll spend the night in a traditional desert camp with Omani music and stargazing.
Day 5: Desert Safari and Wadi Bani Khalid
Start the day with camel rides and a thrilling jeep ride over desert dunes. Continue to Wadi Bani Khalid, an oasis with natural pools perfect for swimming. In the evening, drive to Ras Al-Jinz and stay overnight near the turtle sanctuary.
Day 6: Turtle Watching and Sur Tour
Walk along Ras Al-Jinz beach and visit the turtle shelter to see nesting turtles and hatchlings (seasonal). After lunch, explore the shipyard in Sur before returning to Muscat for a city tour and dinner.
Day 7: Departure
Enjoy some free time in Muscat before your guide takes you to the airport for your return flight home.
